Lithia UK is seeking a confident Porsche Pro to join our team at Stratstone Porsche Wolverhampton. As a brand ambassador, you’ll stay up to date on the latest Porsche technologies and deliver high-quality customer care alongside the Sales team, with enthusiasts at the heart of every interaction.

You’ll explain products with enthusiasm, answering questions and supporting colleagues while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive/retail.
• Passion for cars and customer care with a fast-paced mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the Porsche Pro brand ambassador and know all Porsche products and tech.
• Answer niche product questions and support Sales Associates.
• Resolve technical or troubleshooting issues for customers and staff.
• Provide in-depth product insights to Centre employees and customers.

Stratstone Porsche Wolverhampton

A basic salary of £26,436, with a bonus of £4,000, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

Are you a confident customer service superstar who’s passionate about cars? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join the team as a Porsche Pro.

As Porsche Pro, you will be a brand ambassador for the Centre by keeping up to date on all new technologies and products as they are released which will support a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the sales team you will spend your time with customers, conducting a detailed and enthusiastic product explanation where required.

What does the role of Porsche Pro do?

• You’ll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements
• You’ll Collaborate and work closely with with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different Social Media streams
• You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies
• You’ll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
• You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for Porsche Centre employees about products and technological updates

What do you need to succeed as a Porsche Pro?

• You’ll have previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry
• You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry
• You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
• You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers
• You’ll be confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly
• You’ll have great organisational and time keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively
