Lithia UK, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a Product Expert for Porsche Cambridge to act as a brand ambassador and deliver high-quality, exclusive customer care. You will stay current on Porsche technologies and explain products enthusiastically during customer interactions.

You will work with sales and marketing teams to share insights, resolve technical questions, and maintain outstanding customer experiences across channels.

Qualificações

• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive/retail.
• Ability to absorb information quickly and communicate it clearly.
• Confident communicator who can engage with customers and peers.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales Associates with niche customer questions and requirements.
• Collaborate with Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for social media streams.
• Be fully knowledgeable about Porsche products and technologies; act as first contact for technical issues.

A basic salary of £26,437 with a bonus of £4,000, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

Are you a confident customer service superstar who’s passionate about cars? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join the team as a Product Expert.

As Product Expert, you will be a brand ambassador for the Centre by keeping up to date on all new technologies and products as they are released which will support a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care and service. Working alongside the sales team you will spend your time with customers, conducting a detailed and enthusiastic product explanation where required.

What does the role of Product Expert o do?

• You’ll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements
• You’ll Collaborate and work closely with with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different Social Media streams
• You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies
• You’ll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
• You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for Porsche Centre employees about products and technological updates

What do you need to succeed as a Product Expert?

• You’ll have previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry
• You’ll have the drive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced role and industry
• You’ll have a true passion for customer care, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
• You’ll be able to absorb information quickly and effectively communicate this with your peers and customers
• You’ll be confident communicator who can engage and build relationships with customers quickly
• You’ll have great organisational and time keeping skills to manage your diary with your customers effectively
