Hatfields Shrewsbury JLR is seeking a Parts Advisor to be the trusted link between workshop, customers and suppliers, delivering exceptional service while ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time. You will focus on accuracy, stock control, order processing, upselling relevant products and supporting a seamless customer experience, in a busy retail and workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication are required.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer literacy; confident with internal stock management and invoicing systems.
• Experience in parts or automotive environment is desirable but open to strong customer-service backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice on parts and availability.
• Process orders accurately and file documentation correctly.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels in collaboration with the Parts Leader.
• Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a secure and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
