Job summary

DOLCE & GABBANA is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for our Harrods accessories corner in London. You will act as brand ambassador and deliver outstanding service to every customer.

Responsibilities include tailoring the client experience, mentoring Sales Staff, promoting products to international clients, and maintaining store standards. Strong English, luxury retail background, and excellent selling techniques are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of client ceremony.
• Effective sales techniques.
• Understanding of store KPIs.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensure to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary
