Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience through coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service across brands and touchpoints.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience and merchandising standards.
• Confidently demonstrate products, share brand history, and tailor knowledge to customer needs including beauty tech offerings.
• Inform customers about in-store events, promotions, and activations, and represent L’Oréal Luxe on internal/external platforms per guidelines.
• Develop and execute retail plans to meet and exceed store targets and KPIs for growth and profitability.
• Create a dynamic annual events calendar to engage customers and drive brand growth.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for Beauty Advisors, coaching for high performance and continuous development.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, address underperformance, and manage employee relations.
• Maintain brand VM guidelines, ensure hygiene and housekeeping, and manage stock and tester/PLV accordingly.
