• Lead a world-class customer experience across the store and brands.
• Develop and execute plans to exceed retail targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Beauty Advisors; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain counter standards, brand VM guidelines and luxury environment.
• Build and manage relationships with store managers, area managers and education/training teams.
