Job summary

Vita Student in Lewisham is seeking a dynamic Residence Supervisor to support with day-to-day operations of our residential property, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all students and their guests.

You will supervise team members across management, customer service, maintenance and housekeeping, driving first-class service and brand standards, while training new staff and building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience delivering premium experiences to residents.
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles, mentoring and coordinating staff.
• Hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Comfort with technology systems and software used in property operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members with operational duties, provide feedback and report performance.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff to exceed goals and create a positive shift environment.
• Deliver first-class service and maintain Vita brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, offering support to team members.
• Train new staff in company standards, customer service and operations.
• Build relationships with customers to foster a strong Vita Student community.
• Audit operations and suggest improvements to management.
