Job summary

Vita Student Exeter is seeking a dynamic Residence Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our residential property, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and their guests. You will supervise a team across customer service, maintenance and housekeeping, drive first-class service, train new staff, and build strong relationships with residents and the Vita Student community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and report performance to management.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff to exceed goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Deliver first-class service and build relationships with residents and the Vita Student community.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services and provide ongoing training on standards.
• Train new team members on company standards, customer service and operations.
• Audit operations and suggest improvements to the management team.
