Job summary

Vita Group in Leeds seeks a dynamic Residence Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of Vita Student properties. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and guests and oversee front‑of‑house tasks, maintenance, and housekeeping to uphold premium service.

The role requires strong customer service experience, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety across varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering premium customer experiences to residents & guests.
• Experience in supervisory/team-leadership roles.
• Hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
• Technologically adept with building systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members on operational duties and report performance to management.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff to exceed goals and maintain positive shift environments.
• Deliver first-class service and maintain Vita brand standards at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of Vita products/services and provide information to the team.
• Train new staff in customer service, standards, and operational duties.
• Engage with residents to build strong Vita Student community relationships.
• Audit practices, identify improvements, and liaise with management on changes.
• Collaborate with management to set and evaluate operations, logistics, and projects.
