Job summary

Vita Group in Leeds is seeking a Residence Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a Vita Student residential property, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for students and guests.

You will supervise teams, coach staff, deliver first-class service, maintain knowledge of services, train new team members and work with management on goals; the role requires flexibility for weekends and varied hours (6am–10pm).

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/team leadership role.
• Strong customer service focus with premium guest experience.
• Hands-on approach to cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Technologically proficient with hotel/property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members with operational duties and report performance to management.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff to exceed goals and maintain high service standards.
• Create an environment focused on delivering first-class service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services; provide support to team.
• Train new staff on standards, customer service and operations.
• Engage with residents to foster strong Vita Student community.
• Audit operations and suggest improvements to management; support strategic goals.
