Job summary

The Lensbury in Teddington is seeking a warm, professional Spa Receptionist to join our busy spa team. The role combines front-desk duties with administrative tasks, delivering exceptional service to guests and members.

You will manage bookings, assist with retail and stock, maintain a spotless reception area, handle payments, and work closely with therapists. Previous luxury-hotel experience and proficiency with Premier software are preferred; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced luxury guest environment.
• Proficient computer skills, preferably Premier software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to spa guests and members.
• Be knowledgeable about services, treatments and products; offer advice and recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and retail displays.
• Input rosters and manage bookings to maximise revenue and efficiency.
• Collaborate with therapists; manage stock and deliveries; perform monthly stock takes.
• Adhere to opening/closing standards including banking accuracy.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
• Achieve retail targets.
• Handle enquiries, bookings, payments and daily spa operations.
