Iconic's Lensbury is seeking a warm, professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will provide frontline service at the spa, manage bookings, and assist guests and members with a friendly, polished approach.

The role involves maintaining reception areas, supporting retail needs, coordinating with therapists, handling payments, and keeping standard spa operations running smoothly in a luxury guest environment.

Formación

• Experience in a fast paced, luxury guest environment.
• Proficient with Premier software.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, members and staff.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming all guests/members and non-members to the spa
• Be knowledgeable about our services, treatments and products. Able to offer advice and recommendations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the spa reception area, look after retail displays and promotional sites within the Club
• Input rosters onto the booking system and manage the appointments effectively to ensure maximum revenue and booking efficiency
• Work closely with the therapist team to ensure in house products and retail stock levels are maintained. Carry out monthly stock takes and receive deliveries.
• Ensure agreed standards of opening/closing the Spa are adhered to, including banking accuracy
• Handle client feedback and any complaints in a professional and timely manner in line with company procedure
• Achieve retail targets
• Handle enquiries, take bookings, warmly welcome customers, process payments and handle the daily operations of a busy Spa flawlessly

Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 156 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

The Role

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and can seamlessly handle both front-desk and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

• Experience in a fast paced, luxury guest environment


• Computer literate with preferred experience using Premier software


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk comfortably to all members, guests, colleagues and management


• Ability to multi task and perform under pressure with a great eye for detail


• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
