Job summary

The Lensbury in Teddington is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide a range of high-quality treatments and ensure outstanding guest care throughout the spa journey.

You will join a friendly team and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards. The role offers part-time hours (24 per week) with commission on retail sales and access to leisure facilities, uniform, and various staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is required (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering spa treatments and guest experiences is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments, ensure outstanding customer care throughout each guest's spa journey, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

• Facials
• Body treatments
• Massage therapies
• Manicures, Pedicures and Gel applications
• Waxing - including intimate
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Experienced In

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A professional, positive and friendly approach
• Strong knowledge of current health and beauty trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
