Lensbury Ltd. is seeking a warm, professional Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Lensbury. The role combines front-desk and administrative duties in a luxury spa environment, focusing on guest experience, appointments, and retail.

Knowledge of services and products, plus strong communication, are essential. You will manage bookings, support therapists, maintain the reception area, and ensure smooth daily spa operations, including payments and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, luxury guest environment.
• Proficient with Premier software.
• Excellent communication with guests, colleagues and management.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests and members to the spa.
• Be knowledgeable about services, treatments and products for advice.
• Maintain spa reception area cleanliness and display stock.
• Input rosters and manage appointments to maximise revenue and bookings.
• Coordinate with therapists and manage stock levels and deliveries.
• Ensure opening/closing standards and cash handling accuracy.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Achieve retail targets and handle enquiries, bookings, payments, and daily spa operations.
