Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, reception, or administrative role; spa or luxury hospitality experience is an asset.
• Experience handling reservations, scheduling, or point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing and inviting first impression.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, facilities, and packages with confidence and product knowledge.
• Assist guests with spa check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Book, confirm, and manage spa appointments using the spa scheduling system.
• Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure optimal use of treatment rooms and resources.
• Process payments, retail purchases, and gift certificates in accordance with spa procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records, appointment details, and daily reports.
• Prepare treatment rooms and supplies, including towels, linens, amenities, and products as needed.
