Job summary

Fairmont Southampton seeks a Spa Manager to oversee day-to-day leadership and operational excellence of the spa, ensuring a luxury wellness experience for guests. The role drives service standards, team performance, revenue growth, and brand-aligned operations.

Responsibilities include leading therapists and staff, optimizing scheduling, maintaining hygiene, and coordinating with hotel departments to enhance the guest journey in a Bermuda luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive spa, wellness, hospitality or resort management experience.
• Degree, diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management or related field preferred.
• Relevant spa, wellness or leadership certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the spa team to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards across the spa.
• Drive spa revenue through leadership, treatments, and retail.
• Manage inventory and cost control for spa products and supplies.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver integrated guest experiences.
