Job summary

Fairmont Southampton invites you to join our luxury hospitality team as Royal Service Agent, reporting to the Guest Service Manager. You will be the communication hub, supporting guests before arrival, during their stay, and after departure, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely, personalized service.

You will respond to guest inquiries, anticipate needs, manage VIP information, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in Bermuda’s premier resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-service or front‑of‑house role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest calls, emails, and messages with professional service.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Provide accurate information on facilities, activities, and hours.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and solutions-focused approach.
