Job summary

Fairmont Southampton is seeking an Events Concierge to act as the on-site extension of the Events team, delivering seamless, personalized service to meeting planners and conference guests. This role focuses on anticipating client needs, coordinating with Event Managers, Sales, and Front Office to ensure flawless event execution in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in hospitality, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in hotel or hospitality, preferably in Conference Services, Catering, Banquets, Front Office, or guest-facing role.
• Previous conference, meeting, or event experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated on-site Events contact for meeting planners during assigned events.
• Review event materials and room details to anticipate client needs and ensure luxury service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address AV, temperature, lighting, housekeeping, or maintenance issues.
• Assist attendees with directions, conference materials, and supplies; manage signages and boards.
