Job summary

Harrods Private Shopping in Knightsbridge is seeking a part-time Private Shopping Waiter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in our Penthouse and Private Service Suite, you will assist the management team in delivering a seamless luxury client experience for Harrods' discerning customers.

The role involves preparing artisan coffees, serving champagne, and maintaining impeccable service standards. You will join an elite team where attention to detail, discretion, and personalised service

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or luxury service.
Ability to provide discreet, attentive service.
Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.
Knowledge of fine dining service preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivering a seamless and unrivalled client journey through personalised attention, intuitive service, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Preparing and serving premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne and bespoke cocktails, alongside light refreshments.
Maintaining the immaculate luxury standard of our lounges, ensuring comfort and elegance at all times.
Building meaningful client relationships and confidently responding to client requests with professionalism and discretion.
Organising and executing mise-en-place duties before and after service to keep operations flawless.
