Qualifications

• Previous experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods.
• Produce dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the pastry team with daily prep and service.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient pastry section.
• Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Support junior team members and collaborate across the kitchen.
