Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort and operations.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and plant systems.
• Work across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance disciplines.
• Monitor fire alarm and life safety systems and respond per procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to resolve engineering issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, faults, and system performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste across the property.
• Uphold health & safety standards for guests, colleagues and visitors.
