The Level Lounge F&B – Outlet Manager at Melia White House in London is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of The Level, ensuring luxury service for VIP guests and maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and develop a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Food & Beverage supervision or management.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and KPIs.
• Ability to deliver premium guest experiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations for The Level at Melia White House, delivering luxury guest experiences.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and purchasing in line with standards.
• Analyse performance across breakfast, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Track KPIs including food cost, labour efficiency, and service quality.
• Assist in preparation and execution of the annual F&B budget.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety, and internal policies.
• Maintain Meliá brand standards and service procedures.
• Support daily operations ensuring consistency, efficiency and high-quality service.
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver personalised guest experiences.
• Contribute to sustainability and departmental action plans.
