Qualifications

• Culinary degrees or qualifications desirable.
• A passion for food and cooking.

• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef De Parties in daily preparation of service of food.
• Be fully conversant in all menus, in particular items which are the responsibility of your section and their recipes and quantities.
