Carnegie Clubs (International) Ltd at Skibo Castle is seeking a Club Concierge to deliver warm, personalised front-of-house experiences and seamless guest interactions. You will manage check-in/check-out, guest movements, and coordinate requests with other teams to ensure memorable stays.

The role combines hospitality and administration, maintaining guest profiles in Jonas, preparing daily front office documentation, and supporting billing where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality or front office roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests and creating a warm, personal arrival experience.
• Managing check-in and check-out, luggage and guest movements.
• Coordinating requests including transport, dining, golf, spa, estate activities and bespoke itineraries.
• Developing knowledge of Skibo Castle, the Estate and Club experiences.
• Maintaining guest profiles and operational information in Jonas.
• Preparing daily Front Office documentation, reports and guest information.
• Monitoring guest accounts and supporting billing and payments.
• Coordinating itineraries and communicating updates across departments.
• Working with Housekeeping, Activities, F&B and Reservations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Taking ownership of requests and finding practical solutions.
