Carnegie Clubs (International) Ltd at Skibo Castle in the Highlands is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead day-to-day operations and elevate the member experience with warm, personalised service.

You will oversee the Front of House team (including Night Team), set high standards, and ensure seamless communication across shifts, delivering outstanding hospitality for a private members' club.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Front of House, Reception, Concierge, Guest Services, or Hospitality Management role.
• Experience within luxury hospitality, a private members' club, or a similar high-end environment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop the Front of House team including the Night Team.
• Set clear expectations and high standards, creating a positive team environment.
• Be a visible, hands-on presence within the Club, building strong relationships with members and colleagues.
• Ensure high standards of service across every shift from arrival to departure.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, reservations, enquiries, luggage, transport and member requests.
• Take responsibility for leadership and performance of the Night Team and ensure integration with Front of House.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless member journey.
