Job summary

The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is seeking a Club Concierge for the Front of House team in Skibo Castle, Highland. You will be a key contact for members and guests, blending warm hospitality with strong organisation and Front Office administration.

Your role includes check-in/check-out, coordinating transport, dining, golf, spa and bespoke itineraries, and maintaining guest profiles in Jonas. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, concierge, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Luxury or private members' club experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests and creating a warm, personal arrival experience.
• Managing check-in and check-out, luggage and guest movements.
• Coordinating requests including transport, dining, golf, spa, estate activities and bespoke itineraries.
• Developing strong knowledge of Skibo Castle, the Estate and Club experiences.
• Maintaining accurate guest profiles, preferences and operational information in Jonas.
• Preparing daily Front Office documentation, reports and guest information.
• Monitoring guest accounts and supporting billing and financial administration.
• Coordinating guest itineraries and communicating updates across departments.
• Working with Housekeeping, Activities, F&B and Reservations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Taking ownership of requests and finding practical solutions when things don’t go to plan.
