The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in Bath is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in delivering a seamless, luxurious guest experience within a prestigious 5-star setting.

You will lead a small team of spa therapists and reception staff, manage bookings and stock, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to staff training and development. A concierge attitude and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of spa management or supervisory experience in luxury environments.
• Confident leadership with ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa Manager in daily spa operations and guest experience.
• Lead by example on the spa floor and perform treatments when required.
• Oversee staff scheduling, briefings, and training initiatives.
• Manage bookings, profiles, and reporting using spa software.
