Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• Confidence using booking systems, handling payments and maintaining accurate guest records.
• A good understanding of guest service with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Manage spa reservations, appointments and enquiries with care and precision.
