StarVale, based at our Lancaster office, is seeking a commercially minded head of operations to drive growth, efficiency and scalable processes in its lottery, raffle and supporter engagement operations.

You will lead a senior team, design and implement automation, and partner with IT to deliver technical improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong performance across the department.

• Senior operational leader with track record of delivering improvement initiatives.
• A proven ability to lead through change and embed new processes and technologies.
• Experience in regulated, deadline-driven environments with emphasis on compliance and data integrity.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to use data/financial information in decisions.
• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management to influence across teams.

• Lead end-to-end lottery and raffle operations to meet service levels and quality.
• Develop and mentor operational leadership teams and drive accountability.
