Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming or casino products.
• Proven track record of launching multiple games with strong engagement or revenue.
• Deep expertise in slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development.
• Experience collaborating with game studios, designers and math teams.
• Strong data analysis to guide product decisions and growth strategies.
• End-to-end leadership of complex products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple games—from concept to launch and live ops.
• Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title.
• Lead game discovery including concept validation, market fit, and forecasting.
• Drive execution with high quality and commercial excellence standards.
• Define and evolve core game mechanics and monetization strategies.
• Partner with studios to develop compelling iLottery and iGaming experiences.
• Analyze data and player behavior to drive improvements and scaling.
• Lead post-launch optimization including Live Ops and roadmap evolution.
• Mentor mid-level PMs and guide cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and responsible gaming requirements are met across jurisdictions.
