StarVale is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to drive performance, compliance and scalable growth across lottery, raffle and supporter engagement operations. You will lead change, redesign processes and implement automation while building high‑performing teams in a regulated setting.

The role reports to the senior leadership team and offers a hybrid working arrangement with office-based collaboration in Lancaster, UK.

Formación

• Significant experience at Head of Department / senior operations leadership level.
• Proven track record delivering operational improvements and embedding new processes, systems and technologies.
• Experience in regulated, deadline-driven environments with emphasis on compliance and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lottery and raffle operations, ensuring service levels and quality.
• Develop and mentor operational leadership teams, driving accountability and performance.
• Review structures, processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and resilience.
• Drive organisational change and embed new ways of working, including automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT/development teams to define requirements for tech improvements.
• Monitor performance using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
