Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Workplace Team Leader at Kings Place, London N1, to lead front‑of‑house and facilities services for a high‑profile client. You will coach and develop a team, manage schedules and absence, and ensure outstanding visitor and occupant experiences.

You will partner with the onsite team and contractors to deliver events, meet SLAs, maintain health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the workplace, contributing to a culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong people management, coaching and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Front of House/Facilities teams to deliver first-class service.
• Oversee schedules, annual leave, attendance and coverage to ensure service continuity.
• Manage meetings, events and VIP access, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Drive operational excellence and maintain KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
• Ensure health, safety, security and environment procedures are followed.
• Provide regular reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and suppliers to optimise outcomes.
