Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to deliver contract services on a large client site. You will lead hard and soft services, manage budgets, and act as on-site ambassador for the JLL team, reporting to the EMEA Operations Lead.

The role involves site systems management, PM scheduling, safety compliance, vendor coordination, and driving client satisfaction through exceptional workplace services and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years direct facilities management experience delivering hard and soft services.
• Experience using a CMMS for managing preventative maintenance.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of building regulations, H&S requirements and contractor management.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day site management and client satisfaction monitoring.
• Manage Building Management Systems and Planned Maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Control budgets, purchase orders, invoices and service charges.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure high standard of housekeeping and client experience.
