Qualifications

Substantial experience delivering commercial workplace interiors within a London design studio, consultancy or architecture practice.
London project experience is essential for this role.
Track record of leading workplace interior projects from concept through to completion, including tender, construction and site delivery.
Experience delivering projects for corporate occupiers, ideally across sectors such as financial services, legal, technology or professional services.
Experience running workplace visioning sessions and presenting design recommendations to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
Experience mentoring and developing junior designers.
Confidence managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and technical specialists day to day.

Responsibilities

Lead workplace interior projects from concept design through to completion, including tender, construction and site delivery stages.
Develop and coordinate design solutions that are creative, technically robust and commercially sound.
Develop design proposals alongside senior team members - concept ideas, layouts, finishes, materials and furniture for presentation to clients.
Maintain design intent through every project stage, including technical development and construction support.
Ensure design packages, drawings, schedules and documentation are produced to a consistently high standard.
Lead project communications, workshops and presentations across all project stages, including to senior client stakeholders.
Coordinate consultants, specialists and stakeholders to keep projects moving and objectives on track.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with project managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Mentor and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and encouraging development.
Attend and lead client presentations and project meetings as appropriate.
Collaborate with colleagues across Workplace Consultancy, Sustainability, Project Management and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
