Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is recruiting a Warehouse & Mail Supervisor to oversee the loading bay, goods-in and related logistics operations at London Citi Tower. You will coordinate CBRE teams and service partners to ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast paced environment.

This role sits within the Supply Chain function and focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s logistics, inventory control and overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience; prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse processes, systems and related concepts.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations at the loading bay and related waste and recycling movements.
• Supervise, plan and coordinate inbound/outbound delivery schedules and bay bookings.
• Ensure loading bay safety: security, health and safety, emergency and traffic procedures with stakeholders.
• Audit deliveries against invoices; approve/reject deliveries and check for contraband.
• Monitor inventory by physical counts and data-system reconciliation.
• Maintain proper storage methods, stock location and warehouse condition.
• Address complex problems and identify effective solutions to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
