The role includes detailed P&L and balance sheet analysis, monthly forecasts, annual plans, and ad hoc reporting while ensuring data integrity across CBRE systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and ensure compliance with CBRE

Qualificações

• Senior finance professional with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience preparing corporate accounts and variance analyses.
• Ability to support audits and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate corporate accounts for multiple countries and entities.
• Develop detailed variance analysis and commentary by GL code and service line.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with commentary and calculations.
• Produce monthly P&L forecasts and annual plans, and assist audits.
• Support governance, data integrity and reporting across CBRE systems.
