Responsibilities

• Oversee outreach to all third-party vendors (electricians, HVAC, plumbers, etc).
• Work with HSE teams to create and implement processes.
• Ensure vendors and team follow company procedures; alert management of issues.
• Create complex weekly project status reports for executive review.
• Review receipts, approve reservations, and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct security audits and identify risks.
• Gather/analyze data to solve complex problems; propose new techniques.
