Man Group in London is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate on a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will learn the fundamentals of our recruitment process, support hiring managers, and help deliver high-quality candidate experiences while working with a technology-enabled, cost-conscious team.

You will source and engage candidates, write job descriptions, schedule interviews, and help build a diverse talent pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn and Greenhouse.

Formación

• 0–2 years talent acquisition experience, junior recruiter potential.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and ATS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs.
• Shadow team to learn sourcing, screening and candidate engagement.
• Assist in writing and posting job descriptions under supervision.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build a candidate pipeline for junior roles using sourcing techniques.
• Conduct basic CV reviews and flag potential matches.
• Support scheduling interviews and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Participate in intake meetings to define hiring needs.
• Learn to use Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and workflows.
• Support data reporting and learn to pull basic reports.
