The role is full-time and based on-site in Chiswick, London, working with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve issues. Responsibilities include updating schedules, maintaining records, supporting sample development, checking specs, and assisting with QC.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong production planning and management skills, including scheduling and critical-path tracking.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with documentation.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets and production software.
• Experience in fashion or apparel production and knowledge of fabrics/garment construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update production schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate daily with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Track orders, timelines, and resolve production issues.
• Prepare production reports and support sample development and QC checks.
• Provide general administrative support to production and design teams.
