Job summary

Objective Media Group seeks an experienced Production Coordinator for a new Channel 5 series. Based in London, you will work with the Production Manager to support production from pre-production through to international filming and post-production paperwork, with office-based duties in our Southwark location from 1 September 2026 to early March 2027.

You will coordinate international travel, book flights and accommodation, assist with schedules and budgets, and maintain records while liaising

Qualifications

• International travel experience required.
• Highly organised and proactive approach to production.
• London-based and able to work from Southwark office.
• PMI experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Production Coordinator - new series for Ch5 Location: London - office based Dates: 1st September 2026 - early March 2027 We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join a new series for Ch5, working closely with the Production Manager to support the production from pre-production through to international filming and post production paperwork.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator with international travel experience who is confident working in a busy production environment and managing the logistical demands of overseas filming.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Production Manager with the day to day running of the production.
• Coordinating international travel and associated logistics.
• Booking flights, accommodation, transport and other travel arrangements.
• Assisting with production paperwork, schedules and logistics.
• Liaising with crew, suppliers, contributors and production partners.
• Helping to coordinate travel and filming requirements across multiple international locations.
• Supporting with production administration, budgets, invoices and purchase orders as required.
• Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Working closely with the wider production team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Being flexible and adaptable as production plans develop.

Applicants with PMI experience would be highly advantageous and be London-based and able to work from our Southwark office .
