Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in London seeks a Product Analyst to turn data into actionable product insights across our website and app. You'll work with Product, UX, and Data Science to understand user behavior, perform experiments, and drive improvements in engagement and retention. This is a fixed-term contract within the Customer Product Analytics team.

You will translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and help shape the global user experience through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau/ Looker.
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation and pain points.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs, communicating findings to the Product Manager.
• Build quantitative understanding of users to guide product design.
• Be the first point of contact for behavioral analysis using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and business to evaluate opportunities and prioritise tasks with high impact.
• Mentor and share knowledge with the wider team while pursuing learning opportunities.
