Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst for our London tech hub to turn data into actionable insights that steer product decisions. You will analyze user journeys, monitor KPIs, and communicate findings to the Product Manager, collaborating with product, UX and engineering teams to prioritise high-impact work.

We value strong SQL, data visualization, and experimentation skills, plus the ability to translate complex data into clear guidance for stakeholders across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau/Looker.
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders and collaborate with product/UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation and identify pain points.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs, communicating findings to the Product Manager.
• Build quantitative understandings of user journeys to guide product design.
• Be the first point of contact for behavioural analytics using Google Analytics, Snowplow, BigQuery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and UX teams to prioritise high-impact work.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge through learning opportunities.
