Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst to join our London tech hub, focusing on data-driven improvements to the customer journey across web and app platforms.

You will translate user behaviour into actionable product insights, partner with product managers and UX teams, and prioritise work with the biggest customer impact. This is a fixed-term contract within our Customer Product Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (BigQuery, Tableau/Looker).
• Strong knowledge of user behavior data collection across analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Using data-driven insights to understand how users navigate our platform, locating pain points and creating innovative solutions.
• Providing performance insights and monitoring KPIs, communicating findings to the Product Manager.
• Building a clear, quantitative understanding of users, their usage behaviour, and journeys to guide product design.
• Being the first point of contact for behavioural analysis using GA, Snowplow, BigQuery and similar tools.
• Collaborating with product managers, UX teams, and the business to assess opportunities and prioritise tasks with the largest customer impact.
• Supporting the alignment and guidelines of our data infrastructure as part of the Customer data & analytics team.
• Proactively finding growth opportunities and experimenting ideas to optimise product experiences and drive engagement & retention.
• Interpreting technical issues and explaining topics clearly to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Guiding & mentoring others, sharing knowledge while developing skills through learning opportunities.
