Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst to join our London tech hub on a fixed-term contract. You will translate data into actionable insights, guide product decisions, and work closely with product, UX and engineering teams to improve the customer journey.

You will use SQL, BigQuery, GA and visualization tools to monitor KPIs, run experiments, and communicate findings to stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow, Google Analytics).
• Experience troubleshooting event tracking implementations.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering and UX teams.
• Good communication skills and passion for knowledge sharing.
• Exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Using data-driven insights to understand how users navigate our platform, locating pain points and creating innovative solutions.
• Providing performance insights and monitoring KPIs, communicating findings to the Product Manager.
• Building a clear, quantitative understanding of user behavior to guide product design.
• Being the first point of contact for behavioural analytics using GA, Snowplow, BigQuery, and similar tools.
• Collaborating with product managers, UX teams, and the business to assess opportunities and prioritise high-impact changes.
• Supporting alignment of data infrastructure as part of the Customer data & analytics team.
• Proactively finding growth opportunities and running experiments to optimise product experiences.
• Interpreting technical issues and explaining topics clearly to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
• Guiding and mentoring others, sharing knowledge and skills with the wider team.
