Job summary

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely certification is required.
• Experience supervising FM teams and contractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FM team including on-site maintenance and cleaning service partners.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Landlord’s management and service partners.
• Monitor Help Desk calls and ensure tickets are closed per SLAs.
• Undertake FM admin duties including permits and access management.
• Support Facilities Manager and Head of FM; cover during annual leave.
• Assist with operational and small refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with Office Managers for communication and collaboration.
• Attend service partners meetings and document reports and minutes.
• Support the Porter with room setups and furniture changes.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and report issues to relevant teams.
• Prepare monthly statistical reporting and perform ad hoc duties.
