Responsibilities

• Supervision of FM team including on-site maintenance and cleaning service partners
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Landlord’s management team, service partners, Knight Frank sub-tenants, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers
• Monitor and respond to Help Desk calls and ensure tickets are closed per SLA
• Undertake FM admin duties including permits, cycle access and liaison with Landlords management team
• Provide assistance to Facilities Manager and cover during annual leave
• Support Facilities Manager and Head of FM on small refurbishment projects
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Office Managers and ensure effective communication
• Attend service partners meetings and document reports/minutes
• Assist the Porter with room setups and furniture changes
• Conduct scheduled inspections of the office to maintain high standards and report issues
• Prepare monthly statistical reporting
• Provide support to FM and other ad hoc duties as required
