Qualifications

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent).
• Building Services Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs.
• Conduct water treatment tests and manage cooling towers.
