Job summary

Capital Dynamics is seeking a Technology Support Analyst in London to ensure a stable Microsoft 365 environment and provide frontline IT support to colleagues across the London office.

You will manage provisioning, asset inventory, and break-fix resolution while developing experience within the firm’s data and AI programme. A development path into AI/Data competencies is available as you grow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint configuration.
• Clear written and verbal communication; interaction with senior professionals.
• Organised, autonomous, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI/Data.
• No prior platform knowledge required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line troubleshooting for Windows-based infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365; Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive; manage permissions.
• Deliver end-user IT support to London office staff; maintain high service standards.
• Manage user lifecycle provisioning and deprovisioning across M365 ecosystem.
• Triage and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac.
• Administer SharePoint sites, libraries and permissions.
• Maintain meeting room AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Document resolutions and develop runbooks; escalate security concerns.
