Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Manager in London to own day-to-day IT operations, security and user support as the company grows. You will oversee devices, the office network, identity controls, and software licensing while partnering with the CIO.

The role emphasizes practical security implementation, hands-on tooling, and balancing productivity with robust controls across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations in a scale-up environment.
• Hands-on device management and endpoint tooling.
• Identity and access management including provisioning and reviews.
• Software licensing management and overseeing tool sprawl.
• Experience managing corporate network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint security including device configuration and patching.
• Secure office network and guest/corporate access separation.
• Run identity operations: provisioning, joiner/mover/leaver, access reviews.
• Manage software licenses and standardize tools across the company.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors (internet, services).
• Maintain office network, devices and hardware.
• Run IT helpdesk for fast, helpful support.
