Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a hands-on Corporate IT Engineer to be the first dedicated IT presence at our London Receiving Center. You will own the day‑to‑day IT operations for the site, working closely with our global Corporate IT team based in Santa Ana, CA.

You’ll be the local expert for network, endpoints, security systems, and vendor coordination with UK providers. Onsite five days a week, you’ll support Windows and macOS endpoints, MDM tooling, and access control, while ensuring uptime

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations for the London Receiving Center (network, endpoints, security, communications).
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for IT support requests and collaborate with UK vendors.
• Coordinate with UK providers for installation, maintenance and issue resolution.
• Manage onboarding of new hires (devices, accounts) and ensure timely provisioning.
• Maintain IP camera and access control systems and support physical security needs.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance with high availability for operations.
• Document configurations and procedures to global IT standards.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed.
